Director – Marketing and Customer Experience
This position, reporting to the Senior Vice President, is responsible for leading the Marketing team in the execution of all aspects of Marketing and Dealer Development support initiatives, public relations and advertising, brand management, trade shows, events, and creative design. Additionally, the Marketing Director is to be a product and content expert representing the Hino Trucks brand at industry shows, in dealer and customer collaboration, and in public relations activities. The position has a high degree of cross-functional collaboration across the organization and frequent interaction with Dealer personnel.
Job Requirements:
· Manage marketing team and external marketing partners
· Champion marketing initiatives that improve total customer support, deliver brand value and achieve strategic objectives
· Perform strategic competitive market positioning research and analysis
· Administer and analyze dealer incentive and performance reward programs
· Derive and execute comprehensive advertising plans and dealer promotional support programs
· Manage corporate brand identity and pursue market value growth
· Direct marketing communications and public media affairs
EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing. Master Degree in Business preferred
EXPERIENCE:8+ years of professional corporate marketing experience with preferably 5+ years of managerial level experience with direct report team employees
SKILL: Exceptionally detail and quality oriented, specialist in technical business-to-business communication, highly analytical with proficiency in strategic market analysis, personable, professional, and customer service focused, and advanced in Microsoft Office programs
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: Expert knowledge in latest marketing trends and techniques, marketing ROI, professional communication, advertising, creative design, and marketing programs
